During this 75 minute session, we will become aware of, and help you to clear out the stories that are no longer of use using the energetics of Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, and the body.
This is a very interactive session, there is a lot of conversation, while your body guides me to the right questions to ask.
Tears welcome, but not necessary.

Earth and soul sessions
This longer appointment, at around 2 hours, will involve a little bit more magik.
We will pull cards while we chat, you will receive an energy clearing, and I will do a shamanic journey to receive messages from your essence and guides.
These sessions will usually have some homework associated with them, with the encouragement to stay in touch should you need more support.

Brigid’s healings
Ancient Druids used to do something called Sin Eating, where the druid would extract an intrusion (that was causing dis-ease of some sort) from a person, consume the bread, and then vomit it up.
But I’m a Celiac. And no one needs to vomit to transmute intrusions, so this is a deeper healing - still with (gluten-free) bread, but also invoking the goddess Brigid to help.
This is also a longer session as we will go and take your bread to the forest, to have The Mother compost what no longer serves you.
This session also comes with a medicine story, something called a Frith, that I do ahead of time.
